"Saturated Animal Fats – Good or
Misled."
Yes. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the
developed world.
The developed world? In the under-developed world, the
leading causes of death are starvation, mal-nutrition, infection,
violence, bullet wounds.
We have to die of something. Most often we die of old
age. It just that the medical “authorities” want doctors to
put something on death certificates that makes more sense than “old
age”.
Sorry. But that it is reality.
The major problem that all of us have is ….. we don’t know when
we are supposed to die.
The medical profession wants us to live ….. forever. But
that is not possible. All of us have to die of
something.
There are causes for “premature” deaths. We know what they
all are. But animal fats are not one of them.
We have eaten saturated animal fats for three and a half million
years. Yet premature death from heart disease only started
after the introduction of “polyunsaturated margarines”.
Until 1980, researchers did not even know about the existence of
trans-fats, so they never factored them into their
studies.
Modern research has shown that, when, yes when, they measure the
fats in “cholesterol” plaques, the fats are predominantly
trans-fats.
What’s the problem with trans-fats? They are the ONLY
source of free radicles.
Free radicles are supposed to be the major cause of chronic
illness in the developed world.
